Once your order is successfully received, an email will be sent to notify you.

Unfortunately, changes to your order will NOT be applicable after payment is completed.

Your particulars cannot be edited once the order has been confirmed.

To do so, please inform us of the amendment at our Contact Us page within 24 hours instead.

Our delivery will take 3 – 5 working days (Monday to Fridays, 10am – 10pm). Kindly expect a longer delivery timeline for secured orders made during festive seasons or special promotion periods.

If you are unable to receive your parcel, our delivery partners will try to contact you to either:

a. Arrange to leave your parcel at your doorstep

b. Arrange to leave your parcel in the riser

c. Reschedule another delivery date.

These options are available for your selection at the checkout page to serve as instructions for our delivery partners should they fail to reach you or personally handover your parcel.

The action to request for your order to be left unattended is referred to as an “Authority to Leave”.

Kindly note that Clubpets will not be liable for any loss of goods should you choose options (a) & (b) and an additional charge of S$8.00 will be imposed should you choose options (c).

DELIVERY

Kindly note that the ordered items that you have purchased may come from different suppliers and hence may have different delivery dates. If all your ordered items have not arrived after 5 working days upon payment, please reach out to us through our (Contact Us).

Simply write to us through our (Contact Us) and we will assist you as soon as possible!

Clubpets’ E-Store aims to be a renowned market place that brings you a wide range of products from various suppliers. To qualify for a free delivery, a minimum purchase of $10 is needed from each particular supplier. 

No, we do not offer tracking services.

All transactions will be made in Singapore Dollars.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Goods sold can only be exchanged if they are defective or expired, on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges are only valid within 7 days upon delivered order, and we will send out the new items for delivery within 5 working days.

Goods sold are non-refundable except for special cases, which are considered on a case by case basis and only valid within 7 days upon delivered order. If the case is granted for refund, we will process the refund within 5 working days.
