Yoga Fiesta SG 2018

Yoga Fiesta SG 2018

Yoga Fiesta SG 2018

Celebrate International Yoga Day celebrity instructors, trainers and your pup! With unprecedented yoga fusions, runway shows and doga, Yoga Fiesta 2018 is the place for all yoga enthusiasts to be.

In addition to the yoga sessions, debates and fashion show, Yoga Fiesta 2018 has included Doga (read: yoga with dogs) as part of its line-up. doga simply means practising yoga with your canine. From golden retrievers to corgis, every canine is welcomed. In addition to exercising with your pet, get to build and strengthen the bond between your pup and you!

With its repetitive movements, doga will help your pup relieve stress, improve its respiration system and metabolism rate. It also acts as a form of injury prevention for your dog, where the exercises build muscle tone, strength and flexibility.

Your pet and you will be stretching, balancing on and with each other as well as providing palm to paw support throughout the session. Participating in doga will also be especially beneficial for those who are shy, as it provides the opportunity for your pup (and you) to socialise with other doga participants.

If a single session of doga isn’t going to satisfy your yoga needs, stay throughout the day to participate in Yogalates, a fusion of yoga and pilates, or Silent Mob, a unique sensory experience that will place you in a state of zen.

Enjoy the sun, sea and serenity with your furkid on 23 June as you celebrate Yoga Fiesta 2018, at Palawan Green, Siloso Beach Walk, Sentosa. All attendees will also receive an ultimate fiesta pack with goodies from Mary Kay, Lorna Jane and Avalon, to name a few.

In gearing up for the event, we are going to giveaway five pairs of ticket to Yoga Fiesta SG 2018!

To win, simply let us know why you’d like to win, tag your yoga partner and share the post from our Facebook page!

Giveaway ends 6th June 2018, 11.59 pm and winners will be announced on Blissful Brides’ Facebook page.

Do remember to bring along a mat and we’ll see you there!
