For pet and non-pet owners alike, take a family day out to Pet Street Gang to enjoy a day filled with food and fun under the sun. From the usual cats and dogs to rabbits and terrapins, all types of pets are welcome to join the gang.

Foodies alert! With over 10 food stalls hailing from different backgrounds setting up shop at Palawan Beach, Pet Street Gang offers a good mix of Eastern and Western cuisines sure to suit everyone’s taste buds. Eat your way through the festival with a wide variety of foods such as Dough Boy’s Stoner’s Ham and Cheese, Peach Garden’s Smoked Duck with Truffle Sauce, The Niu Age’s Beef Cubes, and then quench your thirst with a selection of authentic Thai tea from Dum Dum Thai Drinks.

For an all-inclusive furmily day out, Pet Street Gang has kid-friendly menus and pet-friendly treats too. As you sip on your cocktail from Three Wise Men or savour some Thai Boutique Ice Cream from CP Foods, get your furkid some refreshing goodness of its own with some dog-friendly ice cream and non-alcoholic pet beer – best for a hot sunny day at the beach!

What’s a beach party without some games to make you sweat?

Make your workout fun and take up competitive sports by the beach such as kayaking, bubble soccer and laser tag, or gather a group of fitness enthusiasts and practice a relaxing session of yoga or pilates against the soothing sounds of the sea – you can even engage your dog in a routine or two! Alternatively, take your furkid for a splash in the cooling waters to beat the summer heat. Life vests for you and your dog are available at the festival so you both can have fun and play safe!

For those simply looking to unwind, stay tuned to performances from live bands throughout the festival, which will have you swaying to the music in the calming sea breeze.

What’s more, there will be not one, but two contests taking place exclusively for furkids! Join the Disney-themed photo contest and snap away with your furkid at the photo booth. Otherwise, unleash your creativity and dress up your furkid in the most fun beach wear possible to become the winner of the Furkids Dress-Up Contest!

Pet Street Gang believes in the moral behind the story of the tortoise and the hare, and so you can expect plenty of budding entrepreneurs in the pet industry selling novel pet products at the festival as well.

Keep an eye out for interesting food products such as dog food toppers, non-alcoholic dog beers, and natural raw pet foods amongst other cute and fancy accessories from vendors like The Pet’s Couture and Woof E Living. Before you leave, don’t forget to get your pet a portrait to commemorate its big day out!

Educate

For some educational entertainment, watch feathered friends take flight in a show by Flightmasters, an organisation to advocate for birds. Pet owners can also attend talks by experts to learn about your pet’s grooming, health and nutrition, or find out more about the benefits of pet massage and canine hydrotherapy!

Those interested in adopting can also drop by the adoption drives by Purely Adoptions, A Tail Or Two and Animal Lovers League to help one of the cats and dogs find a forever home.
