Terms and Conditions

  • Voting will be ended on 25 May 2023 at 1pm, any votes after the stated date and time will not be calculated.
  • Open to only the first 10 participants(Cat).
  • One pet per each owner per each application.
  • Multiple applications from the same owner will be forfeited.
  • The participant posts for the contest will begin at 1pm on Friday, 12 May 2023, regardless of whether the submission count has reached 10 participants. All submitted entries will be considered for the contest from this date onwards.
  • Winner is decided by the number of Likes of the submitted image for the post on Clubpet’s Instagram Account.
  • Winner need to be physically present on stage to collect the prize.
  • One lucky voter will walk away with a mystery gift and need to be physically present in the event to collect the prize.
  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the event website or other relevant communication channels.
  • By registering for the event and participating in this contest, attendees agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • In case of any disputes, the decision of Clubpets and Civil Service Club Singapore shall be final and binding.
  • All submitted photos must be original and owned by the participant. Any copyright infringement or use of someone else’s images will result in disqualification from the contest. By submitting a photo, the participant confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.
  • By participating in this contest and submitting a photo, the participant grants Clubpets and Civil Service Club Singapore the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the submitted image for promotional purposes, social media sharing, or any other marketing activities without any compensation or prior notice. The participant acknowledges and agrees that their submission may be featured on Clubpets and Civil Service Club Singapore’s communication channels, including but not limited to their website, social media, and newsletters.
  • Clubpets and Civil Service Club Singapore reserves the right to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason without notice.
