Workshop slots are limited and require prior registration or on-site sign-up, unless otherwise stated.

Participation is confirmed only upon successful registration and, where applicable, payment. Workshop fees (if any) are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the workshop is cancelled by the organiser.

Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the workshop slot without refund.

Clubpets / The Cathay / Workshop Vendor reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. Furthermore, you consent to being contacted via the provided information for relevant updates and further details about the event. Please note that your personal information may be used at the discretion of Clubpets and Awoofi Co for marketing, commercial, or analytical purposes.

All payments made are strictly non-refundable.

In the event of any disputes, the decision of Clubpets and Awoofi Co shall be considered final and binding.
